I have paid for parcel ref 6HLWW8 BUFZA310043****YQ 2 weeks ago and not received anything? Getting seriously worried. At the same time I had 2000 points at airy dress that just dissapeared overnight!

We did communicate with you via Pissed Consumer only because the conventional method yielded no results. Dealing through Pissed Consumers was no better. No response.
We communicated through the conventional method to obtain return procedures. You were supposed to get in touch within 24 hours. Did not happen. Went through Pissed Consumers, same thing. I decided the $15.00 top is not worth the aggravation, even if I will not wear it. It would probably cost me more to send it back than what it's worth. At least it didn't cost me too much to learn that you are not what you claim to be and I will be looking elsewhere to shop.

Contacted customer servi e as they sent me the wrong blouse. They replied quickly and they have sent me the correct blouse at their expense and let me keep the other.cant fault them. I ordered size M as usually a size 10 and it is perfect

Never received order
I ordered a sunflower sundress in March from your company when I lived in Texas. My plan was to wear it to a simple birthday dinner for my husband which I have failed to receive. I have sent emails and still to no avail have had no response as to where my order is. I am very unhappy with the company and most likely will never order anything again!!

I have returned 3 dresses to Airydress via the Post office as instructed but there has been no acknowledgement of this return &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; no repayment. The final item arrived yesterday & it too will have to be returned but I wonder is there any point? Yours Chris Southey I do have proof of posting from the post office. The sum paid 76.40.

The top I ordered was supposed to be small but it would have been XXXLand was terrible quality
I ordered a top in size small and the one I received was xXXL and poor quality also it was supposed to be red but Wass yucky orange.

I never received 3 items I purchased. I was reviewing my order. I photograph everything I order. I never received a long pink and white dress on sale. A white shirt that has the word NOPE on it and a pink shirt. Its been months. My account was never credited. That is stealing. I hope they give me my items or refund my money !!
