I never received my return for my dresses I sent back.
Dresses I ordered did not fit and I sent back but no refund. Please refund me my $. I cant recommend you unless I get a refund.

Deceptive advertising and pictures
The dresses were poorly constructed. NOT COTTON as advertised.
Looked like potato sacks:UNWEARABLE.pictures on models were totally deceptive. Cheap thin polyester fabric.
Bunchy sewing. Plus the time and travel raised my carbon footprint and all for nothing.

I need to return something no packing slip or return mailing label
No way to return anything. In Japan emailed the company but the email was rejected.
Phone number is international. Worthless. Now it won't let me send the review.

Don’t, just don’t get involved with this company. Shoddy goods and so hard to return items, and not always the full money back. The chat goes straight to an electronic company. Had to keep goods!
Opened parcel. Ordered a light cotton striped top.
Bits of cotton came out. Looked at shoulder seams. Coloured cotton stitching showing through onto cream cotton body. Ends of seams were bunched.
Could just about get my head through the neck hole with difficulty. Tried to get the address to send it back on their app and the return slip inside the parcel. No heading for accounts, returns etc. Opened chat and it was an electronic firm I would have been talking to.
Read one ladys review and decided I didnt want to carry on with this clothes firm as you may not even get a full refund and have to pay for sending it back. So loss of time, energy and money all for worthless, shoddy goods.

Policy says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They need to have a USA size chart.

Order I returned getting the run around for a replacement dress was to small
Sent the dress back i been emailing and getting a run around for a replacement dress this has been going on for a month I have the post office receipt of the return and customer service said they see it in there computer and no tell me do this . My rating is something Im not happy doing now but will do it .

I returned on 4/8/21 I returned all the dresses that were sent to me because they were to big. I sent them within a week from getting them.
I never got acknowledgement that I ever sent them back.
It was for $141.89. I can't even find a phone number for you all internet says it's

Contacted them day order received as dresses too small need to return no one got back to me so dresses still here can't send back as just off for hols so by time I return the 14 day return period will be well expired so I guess I am stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit .Totally P...d off ,NOnDo
