Looked like potato sacks:UNWEARABLE.pictures on models were totally deceptive. Cheap thin polyester fabric.

- Coloured stitching shows on the cream; seams bunch and neck is tight.
Opened parcel. Ordered a light cotton striped top.
Bits of cotton came out. Looked at shoulder seams. Coloured cotton stitching showing through onto cream cotton body. Ends of seams were bunched.
Could just about get my head through the neck hole with difficulty. Tried to get the address to send it back on their app and the return slip inside the parcel. No heading for accounts, returns etc. Opened chat and it was an electronic firm I would have been talking to.
Read one ladys review and decided I didnt want to carry on with this clothes firm as you may not even get a full refund and have to pay for sending it back. So loss of time, energy and money all for worthless, shoddy goods.

Sent the dress back i been emailing and getting a run around for a replacement dress this has been going on for a month I have the post office receipt of the return and customer service said they see it in there computer and no tell me do this . My rating is something Im not happy doing now but will do it .

User's recommendation: Do not buy from them. One time everything fits & it’s great but if you are returning that’s a whole different ball game. I tried for over a year to dispute my charges but ended up paying it. Not fun paying for dresses you don’t have.
No Contact with customer service

- Holiday means the 14-day return window would expire on return.
Contacted them day order received as dresses too small need to return no one got back to me so dresses still here can't send back as just off for hols so by time I return the 14 day return period will be well expired so I guess I am stuck with 2 dresses that don't fit .Totally P...d off ,NOnDo
