Your company canceled most of my order and want to refund me, I want to cancel whole order now and get refund on new card as old card has been canceled, received. Note that they will cancel complete order..

Returned goods not refunded, no reply to emails and phone number not connected.
Cannot contact this company regarding returned goods not refunded.No answer to multiple emails and phone calls will not connect. No information regarding Australian Returns Centre available i.e. phone, email etc.

I wanted to cancel an order, but they said no, it was already processing so they took my credit card down to pay for items, that was fine, then they canceled most of my order because of material shortage,so why can't I cancel the whole order, then my credit card was compromised, I need the refund to go on a different card and can't find my account anymore, so I believe I was scammed, I can`t get ahold of the customer Service to contact them about the problem or a good telephone number. User's recommendation: Don`t buy as they dont return when they say they will.

I had to call customer service,,, there was no Mail,,, no confirmation They were polite and very helpful my problem was resolved Apparently my Mail was in the junk Mail folder

Still waiting for refund after six months
A simple case of purchasing from them, returning the items and not (as yet) receiving a refund. Approximately six months have passed to date with Airydress claiming complications due to system maintenance. It's pretty clear that despite their claim of returns being "as easy as 1-2-3!" they simply do not process returns. In the event of a problem you will not get your money back.
User's recommendation: Purchase if you wish but there is no returns policy.

I have not received my refund for order.
I returned 2 orders as instructed, received confirmation that they had received the items, was told to give them so many days to verify the items were received and then I would receive a confirmation email followed by my refund. (The orders were paid through Afterpay and Klarna.) Now AiryDress says they are unable to process my refund due to errors on their end and I should get refunds through Klarna and Afterpay, but those companies are telling me they cannot process my refund until they are refunded by AiryDress. I have notfied AiryDress and am waiting for replies from them. Unfortunately they only seem to handle customer service through inquiries at their site without access to a live person, so my frustration is growing!
User's recommendation: Don't buy from them. The quality is not good and returns are a nightmare.

Overcharged on my order.
BEWSREMy American Express has been overcharged ....the 3 dresses ordered were approximately listed at $,20.00 but i have been charged $ 92.00 twice...not good enough, will NEVER use Airydresswebsite again. There is not a person I can speak with I do not have a computer to print off labels. There were other items I was going to order but considering your lack of customer service phone, Extremely bedthis will not be happening

My order is on pending but my money was deducted
